Camping Regulations Event Camping
1. General
Entering the campsite is entirely at your own risk. The organization is not liable for injury, damage, theft, or loss of visitors' property.
Photo and video recordings may be made during the event. By entering the grounds, the visitor implicitly consents to the use of these recordings for promotional purposes.
2. Access
- Access to the campsite is only possible with a valid admission ticket
- Visitors must be in possession of a valid identification document and show it upon request
- In the event of inability to show a valid identification document, access may be refused
3. Order and Safety
The organization and/or police will take action in the event of:
- Confrontations with emergency services, security, or the organization
- Confrontations between visitors
- Any form of violence
- Arson and/or open fire
- Use of motorized vehicles without license plates and insurance
- Use of fireworks, carbide, and sky lanterns
- Possession of weapons and/or drugs
- Devices that cause danger or noise nuisance
Instructions from the organization, security, and emergency services must be followed immediately at all times.
4. Camping Rules
- The maximum speed on the campsite is 10 km/h
- Pets are not allowed
- The use of your own refrigerator is not permitted due to safety reasons and possible power outages
- It is not permitted to damage or move facilities
5. Power Supply
- Per tent, the power supply is intended exclusively for light use, such as charging phones, laptops, electric toothbrushes, and possibly medical equipment.
- There is no power on the campsite between 08:00 and 20:00
- Causing disruptions to the power supply may result in a fine of €250.
It is not permitted to connect the following equipment:
- Refrigerators
- Cable reels
- Coffee machines
- Kettles / pressure kettles
- Beer taps
- Own power cables or extension cords
- These measures are in effect to prevent power outages and fire hazard.
6. Noise and Night Rest
- Night rest applies between 00:00 and 07:00 hours
- It is not permitted to cause noise nuisance during this period
7. Safety and Use of BBQ
- Barbecuing is permitted, provided it is done in a safe and responsible manner
- Place BBQs on a stable surface and at a safe distance from tents and accommodations
- Always ensure sufficient fire extinguishing equipment (e.g. water)
8. Waste and hygiene
- Waste must be deposited in the designated containers
- It is not permitted to leave waste behind on the campsite
- Use of sanitary facilities is mandatory
9. Alcohol and behavior
- Excessive alcohol consumption that leads to nuisance or unsafe situations is not permitted
- The organization reserves the right to take appropriate measures in the event of a violation
10. Enforcement
In the event of a violation of the campsite regulations, the organization may proceed to:
- Issuing a warning
- Removal from the campsite, without entitlement to a refund
11. Liability
The organization is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of visitors' property.
